Our dynamic pricing algorithm updates your rates once per 24 hours. So sometime within that period, you should see the dynamic pricing changes reflected in your rates
Once you toggle dynamic pricing on for a listing, you will be charged the prorated amount until the beginning of your next billing cycle. After that, you will be charged each month in addition to your Hostaway Invoice.
Yes, you can deactivate Dynamic Pricing for any listing whenever you choose.
Simply go to your calendar and update the night rate for those dates. Our software will remember this change and stop our dynamic pricing model from changing the prices on those nights.
Our algorithm automatically expands the geographic radius data is pulled from to provide a statistically significant pricing recommendation. If an area is very sparse, there is a possibility that price recommendations will be flat and won't be adjusted as often. If you see no updates, your listing might be outside our supported area. Please contact our support team if that's the case, so our data team can look into adding your listing's area to our dynamic pricing model.
Dynamic Pricing incurs an additional monthly fee for each listing it is activated for. Pricing will depend on how many listings you have activated, and where they are located.
